Pros

I feel it is an amazing company for personal development and growth. They give positive, optimistic young people an opportunity to grow and achieve things that they never thought could be achieved. The skills that I have been taught have helped me build confidence and maturity rapidly and helped me achieve some of the personal goals I have set.

Cons

Can be long hours and you will be working on a commission basis which mean you will have to be up and running everyday.

Pros

I just got promoted last week and it feels amazing because effort and work ethic payed off big time. I had to prepare a speech and receive a certificate of achievement.

Cons

You have to monitor your progression and development. The mentor is there to support you and help, but not to hold your hand.

Pros

The manager takes great care of the team. We get a vision of what we're working for and that motivates us to give it our 100%.

Cons

It's not easy, we're aiming for the stars with just our hard work and imagination.
