Challenging and interesting work that will rarely be boring. Projects are diverse and you have opportunities, if you want them, to learn a lot in a variety of technical domains (e.g. electrical, software, and mechanical engineering).
Cons
Small company size means that sometimes resources are lacking for what you need to do. Some of the engineers are not the best communicators.
