One of the standout aspects of AL Solutions is its company culture. From day one, I was welcomed into the team where collaboration thrives. During this time, being coached personally by both Alexander Antoniou and Jack Kavanagh who have both been extremely supportive and professional.

Cons

You give up a lot of freedom and need to make sacrifices, but that's not a problem for those who want to succeed.

Without a doubt, a fantastic company that will continue to succeed and grow! Managing Director is super approachable and hands on, always has the time to help develop and mentor his team. The team is ambitious and driven, which rubs off on you! Structured and clear progression plan, promotions are achievable if you do the work.

Cons

A lot of commitment, but this comes with most sales jobs - and essentially, if you want it bad enough you'll do it!
