-lots of experience to gain and growth opportunity. -great benefits. -opportunity for international travel. -new updates being made to facilities. -flexable scheduling. -international company with good PTO and extra holidays. -continual growth and improvement.
Cons
-salary needs adjustment (not competative compared to other pgarmaceutical companies.) -workload can be high at times -expectations may not be adequately defined/updated for specific role
