Great pay for the region, great benefits, generally good atmosphere. Smallish company with global reach. It is evident the company invests in employee engagement to build culture. Open atmosphere. Highly involved in the community and provides opportunities for employees to engage. Professional development is encouraged.
Cons
Size of company is not conducive to a lot of opportunity for growth, but most employees are provided opportunities to move around and discover new areas that expand their knowledge and potential.
