      Depending on which department you work for, you will have some of the best bosses you could ever have. They are passionate and knowledgeable, and they are focused on making Amerco better while at the same time providing you with the best opportunity for growth. The length of service can be both good and bad - this company has folks that have been with the company for 20-30 years or more. The good: strong industry knowledge and passion for the company. The downside: Outside ideas may not come by as often.
