Caring team. Good culture. This is kind of place where people stick around because of culture. Hard work is expected, but the kind of toxic, cutthroat atmosphere found at so many other companies doesn't exist here. Management and co-workers take care of each other and care about each others' well-being, not just the bottom line.
Cons
Pay is average. Not great, but everyone does well enough. The company is experiencing some growing pains as is transitions from a mom-and-pop shop to a larger creative agency.

Thank you for sharing your feedback! Creating a caring, supportive workplace is very important to us, and we're so glad to hear that's been your experience.
Thanks for being part of our team as we navigate this time of transition and growth--we'll keep at it as advised, and your further input on the process is always welcome.
There is a true care and attention to employee's needs. This allows for a space to be your whole self and also do fulfilling work.
Cons
Pandemic specific con would be that it is more difficult to get to know other team members if you don't work directly on a project together. However AMP does have great opportunities to socialize virtually to help with that.

We know it can be tough joining a growing team during the pandemic--thanks for jumping in and joining us on this unusual journey. We're going to keep building new ways for our team to engage virtually, whether that's through video call costume contests, virtual reality get-togethers, or something even newer and weirder. Connection with your team is so important!
It sounds like (despite the times) the core of our culture--real, honest care for each other and the work we do--has still come through for you. Thank you for being a part of AMP. We hope to see you in person soon.
