      Company has the potential to be transformational and the tech is legit. Super exciting place with large climate impact!

      Cons

      Standard start-up issues with orienting towards highest-growth markets, finding the "right" management team, and dealing with growing pains. A bit more conflict than a stabler work environment, but everyone cares and its manageable.
