      Great global coverage, you will not find an organization which has the same footprint as AMS and actually delivers the services we do. Great client solutions, what we deliver to our clients is really high quality and makes a difference to client talent strategy. Strong commitment to DE&I which is important to clients and teams. Flexible employer, our ways of working is output focused and not distracted by location.

      Cons

      As we have grown bigger we have had to refocus internally on changing systems and processes which has at times been frustrating to internal teams.
