Excellent work environment, friendly staff, manager and area manager. I had the pleasure of meeting many people from all over the world, as well as holding conversations with them. That is something I very much enjoyed as part of this job. Be nice to people and treat everyone with respect and kindness; you will be rewarded.

Cons

More bonuses for workers. In comparison to a company like costa, the bonuses from the latter outweigh that of AMT, however, bonuses are good nonetheless. (eg., One free drink on shift, 50% off all products with employee discount.)
