      AMT is a good system where you can learn something new has possibility to travel all around world and work with different software, hardware. Company is relatively small so it can give u some kind of flexibility like work at home. Salaries are average.

      Cons

      Because the company is small so you have to sell a solution and after that you can pass trainings. Sometimes it doesn't work because u have to know the solution and after that u can sell it.
