      Pros

      Fast paced environment with an exciting new Hosted UC product in an hot market that's realizing major growth. ANPI's Private Label approach to the market is different from the competition & is in a great position due to 20 year relationships with Independent Telcos. Tenured people who care about business & care about customers. Great service delivery organization who keep customers coming back. Incredible learning program for partners. Benefits are a big plus.

      Cons

      It is not for the faint of heart. Fast paced & changing environment due to upstart nature of UC business. To be successful someone must work hard, be adaptable to change, and wear a lot of different hats. You must perform to make money.

      Pros

      - Office in great location - Working with bleeding edge technology deployments - Truly game changing benefits - World class infrastructure - Quality is more important than quantity - Ability to add value as an individual or within team - Not a sweat shop (important fact) - Quality products and services you can be proud of - Clear and transparent communication from the top down - Plenty of room for growth and promotion (even after 5 years) - Respectful of employee time (after hours, weekends, holidays, PTO, etc) - Management team that's always looking out for what's best for employees

      Cons

      I've honestly been trying for the past 5 minutes attempting to come up with any cons and though these are not true cons, it's all I've got: - I had to find a hobby to occupy free time which my children filled this quickly pulled through on - Learned how different HD voice sounds (even off-net) as we use our own products personally - Able to host/join video/audio conference from basically any device (including web browser) anywhere in the world!
