      Pros

      Very clean and organized environment. The owner re invests in the company, keeping all equipment and tools up to date. good break room, clean purified water at your disposal. good location in regards to Hudson. not far from the highway. I've never worked for a better company

      Cons

      they don't punish lazy behavior and are known to adjust your time. if you work from 7:05am - 3:35pm they will adjust your end time to 330 and take your vacation even if you worked that time.

      Pros

      On the whole, Anver Corp was a good place to work. The company is well organized and treated the emplyees very well. One of the useful benefits was they provided memebership to BJ's Wholesale Club.

      Office politics was very evident.

      Pros

      I agree with everything in the last post. Nice co-workers kept me going.

      Cons

      Pay is lower than average. Plus you’ll be hard-pressed to receive an annual review, let alone an annual raise. There is no profit sharing either, even though it’s promoted as one of the company’s benefits. Morale is extremely low. Questionable ethics and business practices at play by the owners. Unless you are truly desperate for a paycheck, keep looking for something else.
