Pros

One of the best employers I’ve known—an organization that truly cares about both its employees and the business. It strikes an impressive balance between people and performance. It's also one of the most advanced tech companies I've encountered, leveraging tools and technologies that are 5+ years ahead of their time. For example, they use systems capable of processing over 15 million metrics every hour. Their centralized asset tracking platform covers all critical areas—from assets, networks, and costs to paging, monitoring, and more—ensuring full visibility and operational efficiency across the organization.

Cons

None that I have ever noticed
