Pros

Amazing group of people to work with. A great team experience. The company truly wants everyone to succeed and supports your efforts continuously.

Cons

Post-Covid sales are more difficult than previous to 2019. Need to be a hard worker and open to change and new ideas.

Pros

I work with a very dedicated group of people who really make a difference every day for our customers. The company pays attention to all of us as individuals and as a team. It doesn't feel like titles matter here, more like we are all in this together. It is challenging and that is what makes the days go by fast.

Cons

It is not for everyone. If you don't like to be truly accountable for your part you would not like it here. Everyone has realistic goals and has input into what they are.

Senior management cares about people, business model is poised for huge growth, friendly and collaborative team, generous pay. Past reviews of this company are outdated and irrelevant.

Cons

None unless you are looking for a free ride - you won't find it here. Everyone works hard, expects results and has their eye on the business objectives.

Thanks for the post about the new AOTMP and what we are today. This is a very accurate description of what things look like. Yes, we made mistakes in the past. Yes, I own them. Yes, I have fixed them. Yes, we have a totally different company today. I appreciate all the new team members who have come on board in the last six months and were able to look beyond the past and experience the new AOTMP for themselves. This post reflects what they are finding. Can't wait to fill the four current open positions with even more highly motivated, passionate, hard working team members who want to contribute and be an important part of something very special.
