Pros

Great + supportive peer community, boss was tough but fair and made me better at my job.

Cons

Pay could have been higher, but it's about commensurate with other agencies and you don't get into this business to make money (at least at first)

Pros

Free concert tickets AMAZING ASSISTANTS - definitely felt welcome from day 1 Most agents are super welcoming and willing to share information and teach you stuff Interacting with talent Building a network inside and outside the company

Cons

Advancement opps take FOREVER to come in Pay is minimal, but that's in every other agency out there Most of their tech stack is ancient No real training route to help assistants advance Some agents are terrible to work with
