      Great people and culture

      Pros

      There is a great culture at APD where it feels more like one big family than segmented teams. It's a huge part of what makes APD a great and unique place to work. There is plenty of opportunity to get involved in different areas of the business and self-driven initiatives and projects and encouraged.

      Cons

      There have been a few people leave the business to move onto other opportunities which is always a concern but many of these people had been with the company for 2+ years. Management are working on replacing these team members so the future looks bright.

      So far it has been all pros, the team is great and there are lots of great opportunities to learn and grow within the business.

      Pros

      Since starting here over a month ago, I have had nothing but a great experience. I felt settled in my first week, thanks to how friendly and inclusive everybody in the whole business is. There are great initiatives in place to welcome newbies, such as fun induction games and presentations. There is a fantastic work/life balance with regular social events and the opportunities to put your hand up and get involved in projects that aren't necessarily under your job description.

      Cons

      So far, I don't have any cons.
