Pros
Great company, flexible schedules, fun and laid back work environment. Great job security, work life balance and you are not micro managed.
Cons
The only true cons would be their salaries, health insurance and 401k match.. they aren’t horrible but they could be better

I joined Arcca in 2004 and spent the last 11 years of my career with the best company I ever worked for. Work was challenging and I was given the freedom to do solid engineering work for a variety of clients. Management treated me well and when it was time to retire the benefits and salary enabled me to retire comfortably. Coworkers were very helpful and my supervisor was always willing to provide a hand when needed
Cons
As I noted above, the work is challenging. If you hate hard work then this is not the place for you
