Insurance is expensive if you add a family. For an individual, it is mostly covered, but adding a family member or two is expensive, like with most other companies.

The family at Arcxis comes together in times of need. There is a positive learning environment if you are fervent to do so. The industry is always moving, Never a dull moment!

Cons

Although desirable, working for a large company can come with a less transparent view of different processes involved in the steps taken to get to the final product.
