ARGI: A lot of promise and potential, but mixed results

Pros
Location, everyone knows each other - small company, somewhat family oriented, new product generated opportunities, if you do as told can go far.
Cons
Low employee recognition (employee of the quarter award is a joke), you are expected to work even during your vacation, upper management decisions directly affecting your day-to-day work are made without employee feedback.

some of the staff with the exception of leadership. So glad this company are out of business.
Cons
1) No Annual Salary Increase which is why they don't do annual reviews --- Always ask a potential employer if they execute annual reviews because that will let you know whether they conduct annual increases. 2) No promotion within...You may be the brightest and they will overlook you over their favorite people who just happen to be totally unqualified for their current roles or managerial roles 3) Towards the end employees salaries (those who remained working for this unscrupulous company) ended up getting salary decreases. 4) Employee moral was all over the place. Managers bad mouthed the staff members who did not kiss up to them and when approached they would totally negate it.
