      Pros

      Management is accommodating to employees needs. Work load is manageable. Company is providing training and pays for the certification exams. A lot of employees are staying with the company.

      I hope they do cross training with other departments.

      I am working with this company since last 10 years, very happy, excellent company to work. Great management, nice place to work. Very friendly and professional environment.
