High turnover. Report micromanagement. Compensation/Bonus structure. No tools (Laptop/phone/tablet/office?) supplied. Constantly driving.

The work is challenging, but manageable so you feel as though you're doing an important job and feel fulfilled at the end of each day. You aren't just going through the motions everyday.
Cons
The insurance offered is bad and there is very little PTO.
