      Pros

      ATR was a great company that really cared for and attended to their workers needs. There were flexible hours with good pay and my employer listens and caters to all of my needs.

      I can't think of any cons for this company.

      Given the opportunity for professional and personal growth. Agile, flexible customer focused environment which can quickly adapts to an ever changing business demands.

      Being a boutique firm unable to offer a wide variety of employee benefits that a larger firm can offer it's employees.
