The office environment is decent, and the team is generally friendly. Some of the colleagues are helpful when it comes to day-to-day tasks.

Cons

lacks clear communication, and the management is disorganized. There is little opportunity for career growth, and the work can feel repetitive with minimal innovation. Expectations are often unrealistic, leading to constant stress and burnout. The company doesn’t prioritize employee well-being, and feedback is rarely acted upon. Overall, it's not a place where you can build a fulfilling long-term career.
