      Pros

      AVOXI has one of the best senior leadership teams you could ask for. They lead with transparency and are always willing to educate and help. The AVOXI offering serves a niche but mission critical piece of the global telecom space. You get exposure to fantastic people across multiple departments and locations, but get the opportunity to congregate in our Atlanta office.

      Cons

      The telecom space can be hard to understand and first. Sometimes you are subject to problems that are upstream of AVOXI.

      AVOXI has a collaborative, supportive culture where people genuinely want to see one another succeed. Leadership is accessible, transparent, and committed to moving the company forward while continuing to invest in employees. There is a high level of trust, which creates opportunities to take ownership, contribute ideas, and make a meaningful impact regardless of title. The company continues to grow and evolve, creating opportunities to learn new skills, work cross-functionally, and contribute to important initiatives. I've been fortunate to work alongside talented colleagues who care deeply about customers, innovation, and each other.

      None that stand out from my experience. As AVOXI continues to grow, there are always new opportunities, initiatives, and areas of focus emerging across the business. The pace keeps the work interesting and provides ongoing opportunities to learn and contribute.

      AVOXI has a fantastic culture and is an excellent place to work! With a remote-first framework, most of the company operates from home. We have an amazing team from the APAC, EMEA, and Americas regions. The ecosystem we've developed to serve our customers is truly unparalleled!
