Pros
Avirtual is a wonderful company to work for and even before I received my first client, I felt I was very valued as an employee. I also love the flexible hours, allowing me time to spend with my family
Cons
Sometimes waiting to receive a client can be long, but in the end it is well worth the wait.

- Great flexibility to manage work and personal life - Awesome colleagues and teams to work with and support each other - You can learn a lot of new things as the work is varied

- It would be great if we could get a small year-end bonus
