      Supportive team, team approaches, amazing benefits, great bonus opportunities, leadership values the work you do, plenty of PTO and you are provided the resources and materials necessary to do your job

      I end up working a lot more than our contracted hours but it’s to reach personal and team goals

      Pros

      I have been employed for the company for 2 months so far and it's been wonderful. My supervisor is supporting and everyone on my team is very helpful and kind. My work hours are flexible (even being in a different time zone). The benefits are the best I've seen; outside of medical, dental, and vision there is also HSA, FSA, ESOP, Pet Insurance, tuition reimbursement, fertility benefits, and more.

      Cons

      None at the moment; I'll revisit in 6-12 months.
