      Pros

      Significant self improvement/ learning time available. Working with some of the best audio devs in the business. A great deal of team automomy and ability to move position internally. Relaxed yet efficient working culture with zero crunch.

      Cons

      Salary was below the market rate. Sometimes a lack of clear guidance from people higher in product led to a lot of going in circles in meetings. A dev process overly burdened by red tape, code ownership, and knowledge silos.
