      Good growth, lots of responsibilities for individuals at all levels, very competitive compensation; flexible hours

      Cons

      Several individuals who created a hostile environment are no longer employed; benefits could be improved

      Pros

      Really fast-paced, dynamic environment with top tier individuals from industry. Learned a lot and was always trying to keep up with growth. Can't believe how much I developed in short period of time. Pay, benefits are first rate, including sabbatical program.

      Cons

      Had to be top of game to keep up with pace of things. Bottom 10% don't make it past even one year. Have seen not many make the Abpro standard. If you can't bring your A game, you won't last.
