      Pros

      The flexibility of work/life balance is incredible. Friendly co workers. PTO time is good. Paid plant shutdown at Christmas. And the work is interesting.

      Cons

      There could be better associate appreciation like in the past, such as food trucks and monthly birthday cupcakes.

      Awesome with Room to Improve

      Team focused, Associate centered, work life balance better than anywhere I have seen, challenging work, qtrly bonus based on team productivity, growing business and something new every day

      Cons

      True team work is challenging! No supervisors is a plus and minus. Tough to find new associates to help biz grow.
