Pros

- Colleagues are very professional, provide support to each other where required - Good training process for new starters before embarking on solo assessments - Management is supportive, no micro management and they empower you to plan your work - While they put the apprentice at the heart of everything they do, they also equally value their employees and the work life balance is something that I could definitely vouch for!

Cons

Honestly, I cannot think of any con.

Pros

The staff – who are hardworking, committed, professional, compassionate, and talented people. The leadership – who are decisive, positive, and devoted to the organisation. The company ethos – where we value quality and put the apprentices at the heart of what we do. The future – we are always looking at new and innovative ways to grow and improve our services.

Cons

Employees need good skills and capabilities with high responsibility as an Endpoint assessment organisation, which isn’t necessarily a con, but something to consider.

A great working environment with great values and culture to do great things in the EPA space. Working across the business, all members of staff are supportive and will go out their way to help which makes me proud to be a part of this business.

Cons

Honestly - None, Accelerate People is a great place to work.
