      Pros

      The company does an outstanding job of living out its values. The team members genuinely care for one another, even when they have differences. The culture is great as well. It has a family feel, even though it continues to grow. It is very rare to find this mix, especially to find an organization that lives out what it says. You'll find it at ACDI!

      Cons

      There is plenty to learn about the business and industry, but that is not really a con. It just takes time.

      Pros

      The work environment was modern, comfortable, and accommodating, and the people were all friends in no time flat. I regret ever leaving ACDI, and wish I had stayed for the long run.

      Cons

      Sometimes remote management can be difficult to keep positive communication with, but overall it gives you the freedom to work independently with your team and not have someone breathing down your neck.

      Pros

      -Amazing people throughout the entire facility with differing views and perspectives leads to a lot of phenomenal ideas and changes to process. -Management is very personable for the most part and are very understanding of personal situations. -Smaller teams leads to a family feeling environment, where you can form a real bond inside and outside the office. -ACDI takes time to plan events outside the office to continue to grow engagement (Hiking, Floating, Basketball Teams, etc.) -Amazing common areas like a kitchen, café, large sectionals for naps, a large outdoor balcony for lounging, and more. -Willing to create positions for people working outside of their expectations. Fantastic upward movement potential

      Cons

      -Favoritism between departments is very apparent, if you aren't a part of the group you know it. -Higher ups are distant and do not communicate. -No Cross training is available, which leads to people not knowing what each department actually does. -Not a lot of recognition for professional accomplishments -Pay & Benefits are not very competitive with todays salaries for entry level positions. Target, Walmart, Hobby Lobby are all close or over some salaries.
