Pros

Flexibility is a huge plus. Great pay and benefits but the best is providing a service to your community. The people we work with are amazing. Our colleagues are inspiring and the organization has been around for 70+ years. Best job I have ever had.

Cons

Location is a bit of a commute for me. Working remotely some days, plus the flexibility on hours makes up for it though.

Pros

Great support, helpful staff. They put their faith out there by offering employment to people with disabilities and ex-cons. The talk the talk and walk the walk. They believe in second chances and forgiveness.

Cons

Not always enough work as they have more people who need employment than jobs. Of course that's because they actually hire people with a criminal history whereas most others say they do but in reality, they don't.
