      Pros

      I worked at Accion for 6 months and assisted some of the most brilliant people with the development of aerospace components. The work environment was low stress and everyone helped each other whenever needed. I was very torn when I left Accion wondering if I made the right decision because it was such a great place to work.

      Cons

      Commute - i lived 1-2.5 hrs away depending on weather

      Pros

      The best part of the Accion experience is the team. To a person, every Accionite (that's what we call ourselves) is a blast to work with and highly committed to our mission!

      Cons

      I honestly can't think of any negatives, if you like working on a small but growing and dynamic team, you'd love working at Accion Systems.
