Pros
Really good company that tries hard to make a sustainable high performance product called Accoya. Its a brilliant product and I love the way everyone tries to work together to find solutions.
Cons
Sometimes it feels as though we are almost being successful but then something changes and this can be dispiriting. I'd rather aim high and fall short than not aim high at all.
