Pros
The CEO and his management team know clearly where they want to be and are very focused. The workforce is quite diverse and multi-cultural.
Cons
Similar to other companies owned by private equity firms, the mindset there is quite short-term. Also the company has a lot of heritage which some times clashes with the “new” culture.

Good solid company with big-company benefits and professional atmosphere. Company focusing on growing their pharmaceutical business.
Cons
Traffic can be difficult getting in and out of port Washington office, especially if headed west.
