      Pros

      Feels like a family. A lot of the employees have been working here for a long time and are willing to help people that are newer to the company. Once you settle in you'll feel like you've been working here for half of your life. If you work hard and perform well you will be rewarded. Compensation and benefits are good.

      Cons

      The office feels a bit outdated / old school at times, but its not a big enough deal to stop a person from wanting to work here.

      In 2016/2017 the office was completely remodeled/updated and brought into the 21st Century.

      Pros

      A privately held, international company that appreciates peoples efforts. If you are willing to invest in them, they invest in you in return. Their products are state of the art and the people are excellent to work with. Design and manufacturing capability in the same building provides a wealth of learning for those who are looking to grow...

      Cons

      Wixom facility could use a little upgrade to get into the 21st century...:-))))
