Pros
Really understanding always giving you chances a company that shows they care especially HR they will fight for you . 10 hour work days off Fridays long weekends . Company gets two weeks off for Christmas. And it can be a cool job
Cons
Poor management. Bosses act like children and some think they can talk to you how ever they like too . No room for improvement I was there for 5 years and was only at 13$ I just started my new job at I legit started at 22$ it's a dead end job where you can get too comfortable unfortunately.
