      The Best Workplace I’ve Ever Had

      * Friendly environment: Every single person in the company, from the co-owners to the employees, is extremely supportive and spreads positive energy. Everyone is hardworking, dedicated, and empathetic. * Perfect work and personal life balance: Incredible flexibility in the work schedule that allows you to stay close to your family. That's something very rare. I still work 8 to 9 hours per day, but I'm not constantly rushing through my day. * Work motivation: Every single day I wake up feeling motivated to give my best and help the company grow. I've found a place where I feel valued, heard, praised, and part of something big. That's why I work as hard as possible, sometimes even for a few hours on the weekends. But don't get me wrong, no one has ever asked or pressured me to do so. I simply want to complete my tasks and strictly follow deadlines. The equation is simple. I've been given so much, and I want to give back just as much.

      Pros

      Great people and Great product. Hot cybersecurity niche with significant competitive advantage across the product, management & development.

      Cons

      Growing very fast, organically. The company continues to more than double in headcount every year and with this comes change & fast evolution. The bonus is the change is positive with more oppty, bigger customers, bigger challenges & rewards. But it's definately fast-paced! Also, everyone needs to learn the product, whether you have a technical background or not.

At the same time, we hear your point about hiring speed and gaps in certain teams, especially in Marketing. As we grow, keeping the right balance across departments is something we continuously work on. This is why we, for example, introduced specific HR BP for every department, who will have regular 1-1 with every employee to know the challenges they are facing (no matter in IT or not) And yes — sometimes we feel those gaps internally too ¬_¬ so thanks for calling it out openly.
