Not very many hours available and clients cancel/change appointments often - this would be a good job for someone who is a student, retired or who works from home and has flexibility.
Also VERY early mornings! You have to be at the studio at 5:30am if you work morning shifts, which you may want to do because most clients workout in the morning.
Very physical job that requires a lot of time management. This is a given, but know that since you’ll be teaching a lot of group sessions (up to 6 clients at a time), everything is multiplied.
If there’s an empty session during your shift, you can clean and do various tasks around the studio and still get paid or you can choose to take an hour break.
