      Pros

      Change in management wants to make positive changes. 13 paid holidays. Good bonus program if everyone participates in doing a good job. Benefits are good and reasonably priced in today’s terrible health care. Lots of opportunity to advance if your hungry for it. Skilled jobs that pay well as you continue to learn and grow.

      Cons

      Aging workforce that has seen a lot of change. Bad attitudes and entitlement issues create a negative environment. Hot in summer. Dirty environment as it is a manufacturing plant.
