A Great Place for a Career-Long Commitment

Pros

Acutronic has been growing rapidly right about the same time I joined. My first impression was the warm and welcoming culture fostered in the business system. Part of the reason I think is the relative small team size and the management philosophy. Everyone is friendly, helpful, and respectful. Being a member of a smaller sized team means I am able to quickly adapt to the dynamics of the team function, fill in the gaps in the skillset, and take up the corresponding responsibility. Moreover, I can tell that Acutronic welcomes new talent and looks forward to building a long term relationship with its employees. This is my first full-time job out of college and I can comfortably recommend Acutronic to those that would like to take up on some exciting challenges and learn a lot about all aspects of development process. The best professional relationship is to aim for mutual success and I am feeling it here!

Cons

While enjoying the benefits of being in a smaller sized company, there are also limitations that comes with it. As of today, Acutronic does not have a skyscraper in the downtown of a busy city (if that is what you are looking for). Whenever my friends first ask me about my job, I may need to spend a few sentences to introduce Acutronic. Furthermore, when I joined the team, I was the only one with a few specific skills/area of knowledges. I was not able to seek for senior advices regarding to those topics. (This makes the learning curve a little bit longer and rougher but I think it is well worth it.)

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. We have recently added a branding specialist to help build our brand in the employment market. Hopefully, in the near future, you won't have to take as much time introducing Acutronic. We're sorry you found the learning curve a bit longer, but very happy that you think it was worth it. We are looking to hire additional employees at all levels in the organization to build our bench strength. Thanks for being part of our team.
