Working alongside highly skilled and dedicated colleagues was truly inspiring. What I valued most was the opportunity to connect with individuals worldwide, sharing experiences, values, and insights. Ad Astra not only prioritizes hard work but also fosters a sense of community and mutual respect among its employees, making it a rewarding place to work.

Cons

In my role as a manager, I found myself investing long hours, often struggling to find a balance between work and personal life. The sheer volume of tasks and the constant need for problem-solving occasionally felt overwhelming. I believe that additional support and recognition from leadership could have significantly improved morale within the team. Acknowledgment of the challenges faced and providing more support would have been instrumental in fostering a more positive and productive work environment. Overall, working at Ad Astra was a wonderful experience and they truly care about their employees.My managers recognized my potential and entrusted me with leading the team. I am forever grateful and honored for the opportunity.

Blessings and opportunity. Great meeting new people, feels getting paid to volunteer. Leverage your second language and get paid for it.

Cons

Gasoline is getting higher. Lol Virtual calls are outsourced for cheaper pay which sucks for us. But is great for those getting paid.
