      Pros

      - Flexible work environment - Great company culture and people - Great benefits, Insurance, L&D Budgets, Free Lunch, 401k - Interesting industry and career development opportunities - Located in Puerto Rico with Flexible PTO and Work From Abroad program

      Cons

      - Work hard / play hard culture can be intense at times. - Salaries are not as high paying as some Stateside jobs - Not all employees can work completely remote - Difficult to hire people who are not open to living in Puerto Rico.
