      Pros

      The culture promotes innovation and I am sure people have always learnt more and more working at Adstuck. Very employee freindly ...good benifits ..incentive in every quater and annual bonus also.

      Cons

      Not much, bad work life balance. Sometimes it becomes difficult to stop oneself of moving ahead for a better life. There is a lot of pressure from the top management. that is one negative thing about it.

      Pros

      Product breadth, opportunity to develop and learn is huge. You can work in whatever you are interested in. There is a great website. Then there are high performance/scale services which are core part of business. Mostly smart people around. Compensation is competitive and great potential of stock is a silver-lining on the top of that. Just loving the company and work.

      Cons

      Sometimes work could be hectic but that's ok. Some managers are political & bad but many are good. Again few teams do not do great work but just operations or maintenance so be choosy.

      Highest level of dedication, zeal to perform and great positiveness towards work.All employees work as if its their own company.Such fire and urge towards work is rare to see.Must Congratulate the Management for hiring the best from the crowd.Leaders of the management are people you would want to submit to and follow. Best learning experience ever.

      Cons

      Some times the extra work and performance driven environment gets monotonous for fun lovers!.Rest all goes good
