Pros
A place where you can learn and get as much exposure as you want. A place that would definitely make an employee out of you. Addictive Media is like a family. It gives you your own space to be creative and always and always welcoming suggestions from employees. It’s a collaborative environment in true sense. The hierarchical mindset does not exist is practically one big happy family.
Cons
Not really a con... but if you like being told what to do everytime and have little imagination then you would find yourself in a fix. AM is the kind of place that gives you your time to learn and grow and come up with best of best ideas. But you really have to take the ownership.. treat it as your own work your own family.

1. Dynamic place to work with lot of freedom to plan and execute your work. 2. Great design sensibilities in house, lots to learn 3. Great work culture 4. Great location, near the GK metro station. 5. My performance was duly compensated 6. 5 days work week and good work life balance. As much as you can expect in an agency :)
Cons
Can't think of any cons. It is typical agency life, and at times it can be demanding like any other agencies.
