I've never worked with a stronger team. Everyone that I met at Addivant was the best at their job. Addivant didn't mess around when hiring. They wanted the best. They expect accountability which is great from my standpoint. Addivant's compensation was top notch

Cons

Even with people being the best at their roles, it sometimes wasn't enough and they were let go within a year of hiring in. Imagine being the best at what you do, and it still not being enough. I was fine with this, but it's not for everyone

Great employees that make you feel like part of the family. Strong leadership. Tons of potential for advancement and lots of growth opportunities for the company.

Cons

Still transitioning, which isn't a huge con, but has led to some high turnover rates with employees right now.
