      Pros

      Adelphi has a great working culture and is very international friendly. Working language is mostly English. Workplace is highly flexible and they even offer work from home option! You can live anywhere in Germany. Working from abroad for a certain period of time is also allowed.

      Cons

      The pay range is not very high. They can definitely pay better !
