Adept is great because you’re able to get exposure to numerous industries and clients.

Cons

Being a contractor/consultant can be tough at times because you aren’t an actual part of the team that you are typically working with day to day.

Network of knowledgeable coworkers at your fingertips. Large range of project work available always keeps things fresh.

Remote work can be difficult at times, would like more face to face time.
