I've been the front desk receptionist here for over a year, and it's been a fantastic experience. I came into the role a bit hesitant after hearing about some issues with the previous person in this position, but those concerns were quickly put to rest. From day one, I’ve been surrounded by a team of smart, driven, and genuinely creative professionals who care about the work and about each other. There’s a strong sense of collaboration and pride in what we do, and that energy is infectious. Expectations are high, but they’re fair, and the support is there to help you succeed. This has easily been one of the most rewarding jobs I've had. I have already been promoted once and they are really helpful in letting me explore sideways which is not always the case for someone like me, who didn't excel at school, but still has a lot to offer.

The company is dynamic and highly creative, working on incredible projects globally. Very thorough and research-centric approach to design, with really talented staff across all layers of the organization. An agile approach to how the work is managed and a strong drive to deliver excellence.
